Terms & Conditions
This Rental Agreement and Legal Contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of signing, by and between What a Life Productions (“Provider”) and Compass Rose International (“Client”).
1. Equipment and Services
Provider agrees to supply the following equipment for the Freedom Gala After Party event:
- 30 Par Lights
- Extension Cords as needed
Provider will also handle the setup and delivery of the equipment.
2. Rental Period
The rental period shall commence at 9:00 PM on September 28, 2024, and end at 2:00 AM on September 29, 2024. Load-out will begin at 2:15 AM and must be completed by 3:00 AM.
3. Rental Fee and Payment
The total rental fee, including setup and delivery, is $800. A $500 donation has been applied, bringing the total amount due to $300.00.
Payment is due in full upon signing this Agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.
4. Liability and Insurance
The Client assumes all liability for any damage to the rented equipment during the rental period. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has adequate safety precautions in place. Provider is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.
5. Equipment Care and Return
The Client agrees to return all rented equipment in the same condition as received. Any damages or missing items will be assessed, and the Client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total rental fee. In the event of a cancellation by the Provider, all fees will be refunded to the Client.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments or changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
