Chris Dyer & Galaktic Gang
NFT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this date, 12/06/2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Jacob Lill, hereinafter referred to as “Developer”, and Chris Dyer, hereinafter referred to as “Client”.

1. Project Description

The Developer agrees to provide development services for the next phase of the Galaktic Gang project. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Strategy development for collection roll-out
• Support in storytelling and gamification
• Development of a smart contract for Galaktic Gang heads
• Assisting in developing an organizational schema for head-body assignment
• Development of mechanisms for NFT customization
• Creation of a minting DApp
• Public and online advocacy for the project

2. Artwork and Design Assets

The Client agrees to provide all necessary artwork, including 9 bodies and 9 colors, along with any other required design assets for the development.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Developer a sum of $5,000, payable in Ethereum (ETH), USDT, credit/debit or ACH transfer to the Developer’s wallet address: Wigglework.ETH (0x785c49Be9AC1c552d3615e0eA826cc443A6C36Dc).
Payment is due at the time of signing this contract.

4. Equity and Long-Term Involvement

Upon successful completion of the initial project and mutual agreement of full alignment, the Developer will become a long-term team member with 10% ownership in the Galaktic Gang project.

5. Timeline

The project timeline will be approximately one month from the date of receiving all necessary assets from the Client, subject to adjustments based on strategy development.

6. Additional Terms

• The Developer agrees to ensure the quality and timeliness of the work.
• Any changes to the scope of the project must be agreed upon by both parties.
• Confidentiality of project details and proprietary technology must be maintained.
• Any Gas fees, or hard costs will be paid by the Client.
• Developer is based in Denver CO any required travel will be at Client’s expense.
