DJ Services Contract
This DJ Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below, by and between Jacob Lill, operating under the name WiggleWork (“DJ”), and Opolis (“Client”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

- Event Name: ETHDenver Career Hub
- Date: Saturday, March 2nd, 2024
- Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Main ETHDenver Venue, 2nd Floor SE Corner, “The Centennial Room”
Services:
The DJ agrees to provide music and performance services at the specified event location and time. The scope of services includes the following:
- Playing a variety of music tracks suitable for the event’s atmosphere and audience.
- Providing all necessary DJ equipment, including but not limited to turntables, mixers, headphones.
- Setting up and testing all equipment before the event start time and dismantling it after the event’s conclusion.
Fee:
The Client agrees to pay the DJ a total fee of $250 for the services rendered. Payment shall be made when contract is signed.
Cancellation Policy:
If the Client cancels the event more than 31 days before the scheduled date, the payment may be apply to a future performance.
Responsibilities of the Client:
The Client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the DJ to perform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the performance area is ready and accessible at least 2 hours before the event start time for setup and sound check.
- Providing a power source, all sound equiptment, and an appropriate table.
- Ensuring the venue complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Liability:
The DJ is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to any person or property during the event, except for damages directly caused by the DJ’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Contract if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities.
Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
Amendments:
No amendment, change, or modification of any of the terms, provisions, or conditions of this Contract shall be effective unless made in writing and signed or initialed by both Parties.
